We offer a set schedule for massage bookings, but we understand that flexibility can be important. If you’re hoping for a different day or time, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Your well-being is always our priority.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. To be fair to all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment (except in cases of illness). This allows us to offer the time to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee, payable before your next appointment.

No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. You will still be responsible for the full session fee. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
